In this episode, I am going to be going over how to work your Network Marketing business with intention and how to properly plan out your goals to completely crush them!

If you’re tired of being told to recruit more people, get more customers, start more conversations or you just need to achieve XYZ rank, but you have no idea HOW or where to even begin, then this is for you!

If you have followed me for any amount of time, you know that I like putting out solid advice and I always leave action steps for you to walk away with some value to grow your business.

I like to take the no BS, no fluff approach and to teach you how to get your hands dirty with actionable steps to that will actually grow and move the needle forward in your business.

Tip #1 to achieve your monthly goals in your Network Marketing business – Brain dumping

End each day or begin each day (your choice.) with brain dumping (I explain this more in my video above.) But in short, this means to write down all of the things that you need to accomplish that day.

After you have written your list down, you will number each thing from most important to complete to least important. Then I want to you to hold yourself accountable to finish the most important things on your list. The most important things like your money-making activities and the other responsibilities you know that really need to be completed to move the needle forward.

Tip # 2 to achieve your monthly goals in your Network marketing business – Know your monthly goals

Like the example I mentioned in my video, let’s just say your goal is to do $10,000 as an organization in one month. So that would mean you need to take 10,000 and divide it by 30 (or however many days are in that month.) and that gives you 333.

So now you know how many points you need each day, so now let’s take that a step further and break that down to see how many units do you and your team need to sell a day? Maybe that is 3 weight loss systems a day as a team, or eyeshadow pallets, etc.

By knowing your numbers and what you need to accomplish daily you will be more in control of achieving your goals.

Tip # 2 to achieve your monthly goals in your Network marketing business – Communicate

It is important to communicate your goals with your team. Tell them where you want to be as a team by the end of the month and ask your teammates where they want to be. This is going to show you where everyone is at and who wants to run and push with you. This also allows you to gauge where each teammate could end if they really push with you.

One thing I mentioned in my video is that you cannot control the outcome, but you can control your actions and doing your money-making activities daily which will move you closer to where you want to be at the end of the month.

For example, you can’t guarantee how many new teammates or customers you will sign up, but you can take charge of your actions which will get you to your goals.

Diligently focus on your daily money-making activities and your network marketing business will grow
